Hi guys, I have this PAM 390N and it worked fine for last 1 year(worn very few times). The other day I unscrewed the crown to set time and then wind it. But once i changed the position of the screw to set time, it is stuck. Not able to pull it further or push it inside. I can't even close the lever incase it breaks. What is the solution for this issue? Thanks.

Im going to assume its a keyless issue, but theres no way of knowing until the dial is taken off. If you have the tools, remove the CG and see if the crown/stem come out completely.

I don't have any tools nor experience. Is there anything else for me to do?

If you can find a tiny screw driver, take the crown guard off., it's super simple! Just two little screws. And like strodda says.. check to to see if it falls out. If so, it's a keyless, which is what I assume as well. (Happened to my 390).

Also, you might want to get in touch with a mod Raddave yllekp xj4sonx about that blocked issue.. don't know if they can help you, but it's a start.

They didn't necessarily ban you, they might have banned the IP that coincidentally you were using from your laptop. If you were banned, you couldn't post from anywhere.

Why would they ban the IP....I posted today after months. No reason, I think it's mistake.

Yeah he isnt banned , and the weird thing is when i run an IP check on that IP , there is no record of anyone ever using it here , so im not sure why it is banned ....

He will need to get with one of the guys in red (Admins ) to look into that, we cant do anything about it...

. . . .maybe a local jeweler, watch repair?
You know what's funny. I went to local watch shop and they couldn't even unscrew the 2 screws to remove the crown guard. They said its fixed very tight or fake screws and its solded to the case. Even I tried at home and it doesn't open but strange that watch shop also couldn't open it.

Is this true? Are they not removable?

No, they're removable lol I have mine off monthly. Did you buy this from a dealer or person? Maybe they put locktite on it

No, just oiled and etc. At one time NCChef used to buy new watches and make them little better and then sell for small margins. I got this new in that way. I didn't use this much though and its pretty new still.

Ahh yeah I have a NCChef 571. Hmm.. maybe he put locktite on the threads. You can send it to a modder or someone to look at.. where you located in CONUS
