Care and feeding of your Pams ?

What do you guys with alot of watches do ... if they are mechanical watches ? ( or automatics)
do you keep them running when you are not wearing them.... or let them just stop and wind down ?

AND....does it make a difference in the health of the watch.... to be kept running ? or letting it wind down ?

My 346 takes 2 seconds per day.
Manual caliber.
The 005 approximately 4 seconds.
I charge them in the evening and put them on small exhibitors.
That's all.
But I think it's not important. Panerai are not Rolly Daytona... :hehehe:
