Hello,
I'm currently building a Tudor Snowflake 9411, mainly with Helenarou parts. I'm not a fan of the soft ball opener, which is pressing the metal each other. It can damages the thread.
Anyway ! I want a smooth rotational movement without too pressure :D

I received a classic Rolex dies, in 29.50mm on CousinUK, but it doesn't fit and can't find an appropriate opener. Someone have any knowledge in Rolex case opener ? How to measures etc. I don't want to buy every Rolex Dies on the market, it's not cheap.

My Tudor case-back
Shortest diameter is 28.3/28.5mm, it depends if measure is between teeth or not.
Largest is 30.50mm, in the grove.

You can close the topic. I'm definitely stupid. There is a 28.30mm Rolex Dies and this is probably the one I need...

May I say something at the risk of sounding naïve? I am not a watchmaker certainly but I don’t use a case opener. I use a soft ball or even crumbled up duct tape. Works a charm and doesn’t scratch anything, ever.
