Have this is my drawer. I believe it's a 16800 dial but not exactly sure. Any experts able to chime in?

It would be a late 16800, 168000 or early 16610. A pic of the back might help.

After a little searching online, I've seen them as early as 1984, but haven't found any definitive information
Im sorry but i don't have clue of that. For that detailed i think you better go ask some experts on vintage or person who often deals with selling dial parts.
