Hy mates.
Before the fantastic GF Supeorcean Heritage II in 42mm, can we dream about a 44mm version?
Anyone has any factory news about this?
Best regards.

Yes, I have the factory news on the GF 44 SOH2. There is no more GF factory.

Scuttlebutt says GF owner has paid off the Prefect, greased the proper palms and has been released from arrest. Hopefully, they will begin production again in the coming months.

OP is talking about the SO Heritage 2 44mm, which is different to the straight SO 44 from Noob.

The SOH 44 comes in chrono or B20 format, which one are you hoping will be repped Heisemberg

Also looks like GF will be back as stated above, so let's hope their reps are as good as before.

Hello mates.
I am talking about the no chrono 44mm version. The 44mm chrono that are been sold doesn't have enought quality as GF.

Has anyone found this anywhere?

I have the Gen SOH2 44mm black with rubber. Went without the mesh bracelet at the time as it costs 1000Euro. I'd like to buy the Rep so I can get the bracelet and wear the Rep in 'beater' situations. What do you guys think of my plan, or perhaps should I go for a decent mesh from Strapcode or somewhere?

Here's a pic of my Gen. Note the Chonometer text is now underneath on the new models.

Lug width is 22mm so the GF mesh on the 42mm model will fit.

There are also some decent ones on AliExpress for a beater.

And can you confirm on that, tkingjr , that the bracelet is 22 or 24mm?

The bracelet does look quite different in quality from the Gen, especially on the side edge.

I wonder if getting a good bracelet from Stapcode or some such place and putting a Breitling clasp on it might be a good or silly idea. Not sure if the clasp will fit correctly due to a potential thickness difference. Perhaps someone knows.

Thanks,
Nook

Here is the long answer. I have the three SOH II Heritage, a 42mm, 46mm, and a 46mm Chrono. I replaced all three with Staib mesh bracelets 150mm in length for my 6.75" wrist. I didn't like the adjustable deployant that comes with the watches from ANF or GF. So for the 42mm I purchased the Breitling deployant made by ANF for rubber straps. It does fit without much difficulty but once installed you can't remove it because the mesh doesn't compress like the rubber to remove it. This deployant is of much higher quality and comfort than the cheaper adjustable that comes with the watches. With the Staib bracelet, I believe there are only two lengths. That is why I mentioned my wrist size to give you an idea of the fit. The mesh bracelets are 22mm X 20mm and 24mm X 20mm. The deployant has 10mm of adjustment. If you need any more details let me know. Here is a link to download my details on this subject.
