As a rugby player I can tell you that "Bring back the biff" has something to do with "Rugby League" in it's purported magical era of the 1970's.
For those who do not know better Rugby League is a watered down version of the real game of Rugby (known as Rugby Union) fabricated in the 1920's to be a more marketable version of the game of Rugby.
Very popular in Australia. Yep--they wear real shiny & silky "short-shorts" (Olivia Newton-John would be proud) just like in soccer and Aussie Rules Football. They also wear obnoxious soccer-like jerseys with more sponsors listed than on a Nascar jacket.
If anyone wants to see how they play real Rugby, the Six Nations tournament was just recently aired on Setanta and the big event coming up will be the Rugby World Cup starting in September.
These three guys look like bad extras from a movie about Greenwich Village in the late 1980's !
Is one of them "Right Said Fred" ? "I'm too sexy for my watch, too sexy for my watch, too sexy for Panerai....I'm a risti you know what I mean, and I do my little dance on the catwalk..."

I'm telling you it's "Right Said Fred" on our left. The lead singer from Pearl Jam Eddy Vedder (sic?) in the middle and Tarantino on the right---or at least their "Universal Studios Theme Park doubles
I saw these pics on Viapaneristi and I've got to tell ya I thought the same thing "What a bunch of tools." They did get access to some pretty sweet stuff though. My question is "How do you get invited to something like that?" Who's junk do you have to juggle?

well first you need a huge bankroll to buy a couple of gens...
then you need to spend a lot of dough on high end straps and accessories...
