Can someone tell me what I have here Pam 449

I have in my possession what I believe to be a PAM 449. I obtained this from a friend of a friend and they know nothing about it. I showed it to my buddy who is a hobby pam and rolex dealer and he believe it to be a replica. I was just curious as to exactly what replica it is and what it could be worth. Let me know if more specific pictures are needed.

It's a rep 449 with the p3000 clone movement. I'd say it's SF factory made.

It's identical to yours, actually I'm not sure the rep you showed is SF or ZF

Retail on it new is $190. I'd say used its worth about $150.

I'm pretty sure it's from ZF, worth around $300 or less except if there is a sale currently as per @nalomb comment.

The rep is ZF because the SF has the head of the regulator rectangular shaped and with squared edges
The head of the regulator on your rep is not rectangular and has rounded edges
