What am I doing wrong? I cannot get this bezel back on this VSF case.

Ball springs have been lightly greased...

Could just be me but there looks to be an issue with the spring at your 7 o’clock position (could just be my eyes and the video though). Also, you might want to have a look at the gasket. Bigger pictures might help with the diagnosis.

No expert on the 6 digits but I think you're missing the rubber gasket inside the bezel?

thanks for the reply- the basket might be a bit loose- I don't think there usually was a spring a 7 o'clock - am I wrong?

it is moving freely on its spring.

Now it's good. The pin should just slightly look over the top of the case. Have you tried to put the ring inside of the bezel?

That does not look right to me. It looks smushed. Also the inner wire as indicated above (D) should be lined up in the bezel assembly as per the diagram.
