The regular clasp licks tightly but the flip clasp, the one with the logo is very sloppy and unlatches constantly - is there any way to make that more snug?

Can I tighten the flip clasp on my SOSF?

Wow. Usually they are too tight. Just take a pair of pliers and bend the edges slightly. that will take care of it. Use a cloth over it though.
I did that before I posted, just very gently, now it seems more loose. It clips down then pops right back out again with any movement.
Then you bent the wrong part. Think of it like two pieces that use the friction between them to stay closed. If you bend the entire side slightly it will increase that tension whereas if you just bend the edge it will not.
Apparently I just wasn't being aggressive enough, a nice firm tug with the pliers and I'm all set
