I don't know how but I scratched my 2 days old ZF pelagos bezel... Is there an easy fix to make the scratch least visible?

Ouch, that's got to hurt. Maybe one of the TD's can source you another insert?

For easy fix you could try filling with black shoe polish or black wax crayon such as used for repairing furniture scratches. That's all I can think of. Not sure either would look any better but at least they could be removed if they don't work.

I thought this bezel ceramic should be scratch resistant right ?

It almost certainly is real ceramic, all the other watches have them.

From my experience of ceramic watch cases, it isn't the ceramic which has scratched, the mark is actually the material you bashed it against. Try a pencil eraser, that has always got steel off ceramic for me in the past.

Glad to hear it worked for you all!

All the reps I've seen which claim to have ceramic bezels have got them and they're pretty well made. Ceramics are hard as f*ck, so unless you've whacked them on a diamond, they won't have scratched. The pencil eraser embeds the particles left from the other substance into the rubber and encapsulates them for easy removal.

The same is true for sapphire crystals; my wife put on a Tag rep I got for her straight from the box and within seconds, scraped the crystal on a concrete lamppost (no idea how) and it looked terrible, just like when you fell off your bike as a kid and ground your casio along the pavement! As it was a sapphire crystal the marks were actually just ground concrete on the crystal, and 2 seconds with some alcohol brought the crystal back to 100%.

Please don't think ceramics are indestructible though! We've all dropped cups and glasses on the floor; they might be massively tough (scratch resistant) and strong (in compression) but are very brittle, so will crack and chip if you impact them in the right/wrong way, so do look after them.
