I purchased this Panerai 111 from a local and I can’t figure out what model it is. I was told it’s a Noob v3. Any help is appreciated.

I'm not sure if this is a NOOB, rather an H, but this does not matter much in my opinion.
In any case, they are approximately equal in cost, and are not the best options by today's standards, but still not bad 111, and this is a good watch!

Not more than you bought them, but not more than ~ 250 $ how much new higher versions cost today.
Otherwise, you are free to choose and evaluate.
