Can anyone recommend a caseback remover for PAM 44 & 47m

Hello,

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced caseback remover that will get the back of these PAM's? I have a standard one but its too small even for the 44mm.

Davidsen sells one for the 47mm but its quite pricey for my very small occasional needs.

Based in the UK if anyone knows a European seller.

Thanks in advance,

Tom

Use huge chunk of BluTack / Rodico (those to stick paper on a glass/wall and removable.). Cheap and does not leave a mark (thankx azgjav for the tips).

However, doesnt work for all reps with really tightened caseback (i.e: closed using tools).

Duck tape does it.

Hate to see the duck  :D

Duct tape will do it, but there's also a blue ball thingy that works well. And some on the 'Bay sell dedicated 44 & 47mm tools.

Check the accessories folder here.

cheers, BBB

You know, I don't really use an old shoe. It was a joke that no one got. Oh well. Please don't use a shoe on your watches.

LMAO!! I realize you were being facetious - but I wasn't. There IS a blue rubber ball that opens casebacks - many swear by it :)

Case closed (well...actually opened)

Guys thanks for all your help on this. Opened all my PAM cases with a 10 pence piece of Duck Tape, which has saved me £40 and probably stopped me scratching the case. Nice one boys.

I'd seek medical care if I were you...

A rubber dish-washing glove has done the trick many time for me...
I currently use a Jaxa wrench on smaller watches and have the wonderous Rubber Squeaky Hamburger that my dogs love to use on the larger (45mm+) watches.... my Jaxa just barely fits onto 44m pams.
