Seems to me to be a small high end watchmaker in London, mid late 19th century looks like that kind of movement

love a bit of hunting around...... its got a very similar case to a number of branded Walthams , Bensons, ... the list goes on... seems to be quiet generic and a few that look alike on ebay... even some similar cases to a little know Patek somethingorother!!!! ;o)

Neither have I so I’m wondering if it was made for someone who worked at Phillips themselves ?
