Can anyone identify this movement

I honestly have no clue what I'm looking at in here and I wanted to know if it is Swiss or not. I got it on a trade and it was stated Swiss. Here are some pics they are the best I could get. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Kind of looks like it says 2836-2 near the incabloc.

Yea I got that part. I'm trying to figure out if it's Swiss or a clone. I should have been a little more clear.

Everyone of those that I've seen has been an old Swiss ETA. Often if you take off that Rolex plate on the rotor you may find the name of the original watch that it came in. But not always.
