Found it on the web, I am not even sure if it is a PAM strap, but anyway, maybe someone knows it:

Looks like a Toscana strap maybe. Or even a MP, but I don't think MP's have shinny buckles

It's definitely from Don, I have owned some of his straps. They are exceptional compared to the price, but ultimately they are not quite 'unique'.

check out his faux elephant if he still has them, now that's interesting!
