Can’t place orders...

Hi there,
I bought several watches from Ryan (Daytona Basel, Audemars Royal Oak, Rolex datejust diamond, Hermes, etc) and always very happy with it.
easy and trustful payment, good communication, QC pics and responses as you would expect.
I’m currently trying to place a new order but the first time I was said nonpaypal available any longer and to find another TD. Then replaced the order and paid with credit card. Again card problems and was again told to find a different TD. Credit card problem was fixed (it was a matter of country availability) and I don’t want to find a different TD, I’m fine with Intime.
anybody with same problem?
why thiis “find a different TD”?
