I’ve been a long time member in RWI and for the first time pulled my trigger to purchase a Pam968 with a new TD, Steve. And boy I am not disappointed.
Steve is very patient with me and constantly keep me updated on my order status. I rejected the first watch QC due to a very minor flaw that I noticed (cannot be unseen) and Steve agreed to get a new piece for me.
This round, Steve found the perfect piece that with no flaws my eyes can see. Man of little words but action is louder. I’m sure he QC the 2nd piece based on my previous feedback.
And ship it away directly to me. Got the watch in less than a week, packed well and the watch jump start with a quick shake and running absolutely like a champ.
