CALIBRE DE CARTIER SS Asian 23J automatic movement

Hey guys,

This is my first rep ever that im interested in buying.
I saw it on Intime and it looks really nice and not expensive at all...
I've never seen a gen version of it so I don't know how accurate it is and it also runs a 23j auto which i cant seem to find an awful lot of info about.

Has anyone had any dealings with it? or can offer some insight, it would be much appreciated.

After some research I'm still yet to find a gen that looks like that. I think they actually combined these two and made a whole new watch....
please correct me if im wrong.
