Calibre cartier: how to change the bracelet

Hi everybody,
I bought a Calibre and I want to change the bracelet with a strap.
Does anybody know how to remove the bracelet???
I unscrewed the two small screws at the lungs, but there is no way I can take it out.

I would guess there is a tube that you need to remove, does it look like the two screws fix into the case, or is there a tube to push out?
