Hello,

Just would like to warn the community about the unprofessional service I have received from Chazing Time. (Order #75899) I placed an order for 2 APSF Royal Oak 15500 RG with Black Dial. I received the 1st QC pics for one of the watches and it looked great so I approved it. Took another 3 weeks to receive QC pictures for the 2nd APSF Royal Oak (seems like they forgot to order the 2nd one) and the index was clearly not lined up with the markers on the dial. I compared it to the QC pics of the 1st ApSF Royal Oak I received and the flaw was only on the 2nd QC pics. I initially emailed Alice to red-light the watch and request for a new one (I included the issue and clear pictures of the flaw). She proceeds to tell me that it is the best watch already and no other buyer complains about the indexes, most complain about the dial printing.....Not sure why this matters because clearly my watch has an issue with the indexes (all are shifted a bit clockwise).

Very disappointed in the service from Chazing Time and how Alice handles the QC process. What is the point of QC if they just argue your decision to red light a watch and try to force you to accept the watch as-is (even when you show clear proof the watch is flawed compared to the other reps). Since they refuse to request for a new watch, I have requested to refund the order.

Will post updates.

On my first ever rep purchase as an overeager and dumb newbie, Alice blocked shipping two times on watches I had GL

She detected issues with the watch that newbie me did not see. She proactively made sure I got the best watch possible.

Maybe the watch is not to your satisfaction but you should not question her integrity

Perspective is everything.

You are paying a few hundred dollars for a brand new replica of a watch that costs over $200,000 at the AD, if you can even get one. Chances are that you will never see one with your own eyes. More than 99% of all people who see that watch and identify it for what it is won't try to stare long enough at it to see if one more more indices are a 10th of a pubic hair off; what they look at is you, your ride, your clothes, the way you carry yourself. The wearer of the watch is the biggest indicator whether it's real or fake.

If you exit your Bugatti or hop off your yacht anchoring in Monte Carlo, nobody will doubt that your watch is a gen, even if you're wearing a fake, just for fun. But if you park your Honda Civic at the dollar store and wear a luxury watch, everybody will assume it's fake, if if it were a gen.

That, my friend, is why many of us wear only replicas of watches we could afford in real life, used perhaps, if we really wanted to. I can't pull off a Patek Philippe or Richard Mille, so I don't wear such watches even as a replica.
