Building hybrid/franken 104. Need advice.

I have a Noob 104N. As I understand it, the crystal and face are actually a little better on the H Factory version. Are the parts interchangeable between the two? If so, what parts from which one do I want to use to create the best possible 104N rep?

So from what I have gathered, I think the solution would be the H Factory face and crystal in the Noob case. Anyone have any idea if this could work?
