Although you won't be getting the 2 piece case back, or the functional orange button, you WILL be getting a bezel that doesn't need to be disassembled and re-lumed to look great!!
After owning mine for over a year now, I can honestly say that the caseback or button function has caused me absolutely no consternation at all....And with the $$'s I saved by getting the V1.5, I bought a couple of nice bargain watches....

@ a year ago, but there has been a $20. price rise that I'm aware of since then, and I read just yesterday that there was no available supply at any of the TD's right now...Shop around though...Sometimes one pops up...:lol::lol:
