Broken PAM 1055... anyone know the name of this part?

PAM 1055 came in but automatic works was broken, when you hand wind the rotor spun like crazy.

Took to a watch maker and he said this part shearsd and snapped.

Anyone know any fixes? What the part name is?

Thank you for your help. Unfortunately can't find gen or rep parts for this. Watch maker is going to try and fabricate one but I think either I'll have to bite the bullet on this P900 and get a new one.
