I have!

Same watch, same clasp, different problem. Tony sorted it out for me, did take a while around 9 weeks from reporting it to getting the new clasp but in the end I'm happy. Just need to learn patience in this game

bend the clasp so its more arc'd.

i had the same issue on a DJII a while back. bending it fixed it.
