Hello guys,
I bought one of Tonys special 186 Arktos before. Good value indeed. I wear mine on an olive Nato and it looks awesome.
I was on a short vacation not long ago. I always take a few watches with me, but had forgotten where I´d put the 186, so when I took out a piece of clothing, it fell. Hard. On wood. About 1,5 meters (that´s about 1,6 yards I guess).
Nothing wrong with it. Phew. BUT. The day after, I saw that the date didn´t turn all the way over. And that is what happened. I can set the date right in the morning, wear it all day, but the next day, I need to align the date in the datewindow.
I am guessing something happened (clever guy, eh?). Just not sure what. If anyone have any idea, please let me know, as well as if there is someone out there who can fix it, in EU. I love the watch and can still wear it, but I am not sure I can live with aligning the date every morning.
If someone needs this watch as a project or something, I might sell it. But firstly, I´d like to give it a chance for a fix.
Any input is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
N from Sweden
