Brilliant service and very good quality watch

I would recommend using Lucy to anyone. Lucy would answer any questions swiftly and was there to help me every step of the way. She checks the watches for any defects and will send the watch to be fixed etc if there is a defect, such as dust on the dial with my watch.

The watch arrived very fast just as Lucy said and I am very happy with the quality.

I will now be using Lucy time and time again as it really is a pleasure buying watches of her.
