I wouldn't worry. CNY delays alot of processes this time of year. I know steve from theonewatches has come back in the last day or so.

Feb 8th is the start of CNY. It is Chinese New Year. It is the biggest holiday of the year for China when the whole country shuts down for 3 weeks, including banking.
Dealers are only slowly getting back. BE patient and stay reasonable....
