Up for sale today is a build I worked on last year; the Breitling Superocean Heritage U13313.
Watch uses the BLS rep as the base and then was modified. I had seller's remorse last time I moved this watch on. This time when I got it, I wanted to go a few steps further as I loved the rep but it just needed some mods to make it indistinguishable from gen.
This watch has the following changes made from stock:
1. Gen ETA-7750 (B13) movement.
The rep movement used by BLS was susceptible to a freezing day when changing the day through the crown which meant you had to manually wind the time forward to change the day. I never had this problem but a few people reported this issue on the forums when they had this watch. I was inevitably waiting for it to happen to mine as it seemed unavoidable. The installation of the swiss movement gave the watch the swiss movement seal of approval and also corrected the issue with the day switch no longer freezing when cycling through the crown as the swiss movement had mechanisms in place to stop this problem occurring.
2. Gen day / date disc
The day / date font used on the rep discs was incorrect. The gen day / date font found in Breitling reps is easy to tell apart from the real thing if you have a sharp eye for Breitlings (Many of you know, I do!) In the process of installing the swiss movement, I also installed the correct day / date font used in this Breitling model (I will include a picture below to show the difference between the rep and gen font).
3. Prof 2xAR Crystal
The crystal was good for a rep, but I wanted to take it to another level and remove any glare whatsoever. Had prof change the crystal to the Prof 2xAR crystal which removed all reflections and really makes the dial 'pop'. Hopefully the pictures and videos below show the difference the crystal makes.
4. Gen Rotor
Rep rotor slightly more audible then I wanted. I had a gen rotor spare so installed.
5. Bezel Tightened
The bezel from stock was had a little too much play for me whereas the gen I observed in a Breitling boutique was tighter. So, to get the results to match I tightened the bezel to have reduced play (effect of tighter bezel can be seen in one of the videos below where I play with it to show the sound and highlight tightness)
6. Gen Rubber strap
Cut for my 6.7" wrist but some room given the micro adjust clasp - rep rubber strap included is not cut.

Watch is in pristine condition, still some stickers in tact. Rep rubber strap is not cut and will be included in the sale.
Any marks seen on the watch are just specs of dust in the atmosphere.
Reason for sale is that I'm intrigued by the white dial of this watch so looking to pick one of those up after CNY and find this one a new home.
