I believe a couple members on TRC and RWGII have posted that they tightened up the bezel, but I have not been able to find the posts...

I'll be sending my SS Seawolf to Ziggy next month for a lume job and waterproofing and he has agreed to look at the bezel at the same time. He has never examined one and does not know if he can do it or not.

I'll post some more info after I get it back. Sorry I could not be of more help!

I used a pearing knife and wedged it between the bezel and the case. The bezel pops right off with a little effort, but not much...

I popped off a couple with a dull knife. On the PO - there is a little peg that the click-stops click on - and it has a little spring behind it. I lost it on the first bezel I took off. Don't be stupid like me, watch for flying parts.

So any more detailed info on safely removing or tightening the bezel on a Bentley GT? I compared my rep to my friends gen and the rep's bezel is definitely too loose. Also, I noticed that on the gen the little cursive 'B' logo on the bezel is at a different location than where it on the rep. When the red arrow on the bezel slide dial is lined up at 12 o'clock, the "B" etching is at 3pm on the rep and it is at 6 o'clock on the gen.

So how does one SAFELY remove or fix the bezel??

the bezel became loose on my blue navi and i sent it back. they replaced the case for some reason. either something broke or there is no way to tighten it. i can't beleive they would change the case if it could have been tightened. it is on it's way back to me now. yea!!! :lol:

I remember someone trying to figure it out and coming back to say it couldn't be done. I can't find the post but I'm sure if it can be done Ziggy will figure it out.

I wonder if the new Evolution suffers from the same issue?
