The reviews are dead on. I will add a few observations. The lume is very good for a rep but not Seiko quality. The bracelet is nice. You can easily adjust the links with a small screwdriver and fine tune the band with the 4 additional holes in the clasp. The Planet Ocean was a real pain. Oh yes, the round circles on the face for the hours are perfectly formed. Not the half filled ones as seen on Trusty Guys pics. The Bezel has 120 clicks and lines up PERFECT with 12 Oclock. The Crown takes about twice as many turns to screw in but I didn't feel I could strip the threads etc. The Band has sharp edges around the sides so I used some scotchbrite pad and buffed it to smooth it out (easy). I have the blue face and am impressed with it. Like so many others I have to many black faced watches. The depth rating is guaranteed to 1000 meters ( 3300 feet). Hmm I really question this claim. I did see a post of a guy who said he went down to 195 feet for 30 minutes in salt water and said the watch held up.
Summary: nice watch. I think the bugs have been fixed and the price is starting to fall as i have seen some dealers with lower prices than the Cartel prices. The quality is the same as my Rolex Sub and planet Ocean 5th edition. I recommend this watch.
