Can anyone tell me where I can buy an Ocean Racer Strap with Deployment Buckle for my Breitling Super Ocean 42 dimension of strap 20/18

Don't think that size Ocean Racer strap is available.

I bought the 22mm version from Puretime and shaved down each end 1mm with sandpaper to fit on my 42mm Superocean Abyss.
