Breitling navi wind up

Hi all,
have a BP navitimer world gmt.
last week while out i noticed time was stopped. I tried resetting and winding. Felt like it winded but didnt hold time..

Any ideas?

I was clapping just befor would this have damaged it.

Service is your only option. I have four on my table waiting for me to send them off for service. It is expected to happen with reps. My history is about 8 percent need service.
