Breitling chronomat 44mm b01 crystal diamater and thickness

does anyone know the exact diameter and thickness at the edge for my breitling b01 chronomat grey ? want to buy mrprof 2x ar and need to know the exact dimensions

I have 3 of the B01's. The stainless ring measures 0.043-0.045" wide, the ID is 1.278", and the OD is 1.400". I can't say these are exact measurements without taking the watch apart.
