Yeah lady, this isn't how it works. You need to contact the dealer via email or check their website (both are at the top of the dealer's page).
Also, the B&R 03 is a 42mm watch, it doesn't come in a 39 or a 41, you can't just pick and choose a case size. If you want a 39mm B&R you need to choose one from the 39mm case model range.

You just crushed my hopes for a 60mm Day Date. The ones I know of can't carry enough "ice".
