I don't know if these are any good? I haven't heard the name. Looking at a Planet Ocean from one of the TDs which cites this factory as the maker.

Depends on the watch. They make great Rolex Sea-Dwellers. Other than that, they make above average stuff.
For Omega, I recommend VSF.
They also make a NWBIG Explorer I (imo) which I wonder if its a top seller. NWBIG = not worth buying in gen
Top Omega reps: VSF, ORF, ZF. Those 3 make the best, which one in particular depends on the model.
For Planet Ocean reps, VSF is the factory to go with (in my opinion).
The rest make of the factories make Omega reps ranging from very good to decent to mediocre to bad quality.
