If the refinished dial is truly from a gen originally, it should be 27.3mm. I think that vendor is just rounding down to 27mm. Sorry IDK that BP dial measurement but am also interested in knowing.

Perhaps an even more useful measurement would be the bottom rehaut aperture. Sometimes a much smaller diameter dial than a rep dial will still work in a rep case.

Perfect set of measurements. Much appreciated!

If I read this correctly, the largest size dial that would fit would be 28mm, of which ~27mm is going to show.

Thanks bro, I'm working on a different dial for that one myself. My rehaut aperture is 27.3mm though so I'm having some trouble finding one. Gen 5 digit dials are 27.3mm also. I might have to use a rep dial and do some marker swapping myself.

I wouldn't buy this one, but it shows the measurement. Someone handpainted the II after GMT Master, yikes!

So you will try also a gen 16710 dial in the BP, but you might sand the gen dial to install it right ?
27,3 for 27,3 is too short ?

I think a gen dial is out of the question for the BP 16710. You need at least .2mm extra beyond the rehaut aperture to allow for play in the movement holder and to hide the dial notch at 3 o'clock. I've made a couple of dials work with really slim margins by using exact size clamps that keep extra equal pressure on both sides of the movement but no way will a 27.3mm dial work in a 27.3mm aperture.

Hi everyone !

I wondered what should be the dial size (diameter) of a BP 1675 as i have one on the way ....If anyone knows thanks for the help !

I would like to buy and install a refinished dial and they are often at 27 or 27,3mm

Like this one below

Bit of a thread revival here as I am looking at getting one of these refinished dials from eBay for my BP 1675.

Does anyone known if the date window lines up with the BP date wheel?

Thanks.
