Advice needed please chaps...

So someone on a group page is seeing this rep. Said he had it from a m2m trade and seems to remember it was a noob factory.

All looks nice with it as in the pics but just wondered if anyone knew more about these reps. The quality looks nice and the strap looks in good condition for a rep strap hit wanted your advise...

This is most definitely not noob, you can tell by the lug screws amongst other things...the hands are shaped wrong too...looks like an AliExpress economy version...
