Bought this watch but it has an very complicated strap changing mechanism

I bought an autavia recently its an absolute watch to be honest; dial, bezel, markers are all looking beautifull. I bought the steel bracelet version but in my opinion its so heavy with it so i wanted to change to an leather strap but when i look at to connection points oh god it just says " I will be a problem to you" so do you guys know any website that sells these type of straps cheap? There is the photo of the watch it got the fix strap stick.

But it only works with original type of strap you cant just buy an normal lug strap and use it

Yes cut them with a tool and changed to them to normal lugs they worked pretty well and saw that the original lugs are meant to be only fixing to place and cant remove after that i had to rip them off from watch
