Bought a watch but it is unavailable

Hello guys, i ordered and paid for a watch on andiot watches website. But more than 10 days have passed and there are no quality control pics, he said the watch is not available, but can't tell me any time frame or anything more.

I bought from him becouse of the great positive reviews and feedback here. But i thought that when it sais in stock and delivery 7-12 days i will get it faster.

I don't want to say something bad about the dealer, not at all, just asking - this happens, should i be worried, becouse i paid via PP family and friends? I hope everything ends well and i receive the watch and also leave positive review.

Please, share your thoughts about my situation, i'll be grateful.

I don’t have any other input other than if you bought from an TD here you’ll be ok and they’ll provide you options..

I’ll be honest, I’m rather impatient and have customs anxieties so I’ve always kept my buying process to watches ( be it new second hand or lightly used ) already within the US from ofcourse certified members here and other platforms.. what I’m saying is, if you’re not prepared to wait sometimes up to 6 months than maybe you’re better off sticking to buying these watches like I do. Just my unsolicited 2 cents..

Well, that's gotta suck. I'm weighing up whether to buy a £500 watch from Andiot or not, and it shakes my confidence to hear stories like this where a supposedly in-stock watch actually isn't in stock at all.

This is what you should always do. Especially, if it is one of those popular Clean watches all the kids want these days.

I’ve experienced paying for a watch and then finding out it was out of production even though I asked ahead of time at least once in the past. It sucks and messes things up but it is the nature of the rep business. Shortly, all was straightened out by the dealer and I was refunded. I never was able to get the watch though. When this happens,all I can say is watch the member sales. I did that, bought the watch, but wound up having a problem. That’s a story for another time but after throwing money at it, I did get to finally enjoy the watch, if even for a short time

We are open on email and whatsapp to give estimate of delivery from factories to us,

Currently a few factories are slow to producing to the market, eveyone in China like me are expecting especially Clean GMT and 126500 Daytona,

Also we are always free to cancel order if any clients are impateint to wait, we would canecl and refund in full, anytime before QC is done.

Again sorry for the factory delay, we DO QC next day when items are delivered today,thats our daily process can assure you.

I will never understand why people are always in such a hurry. If you get the watch a few weeks sonner or later will matter nothing to your lifes. People order cars and have to wait for months - none is blaming the factories.....

If you didn’t ask @Elliot Black before pay I think is not his fault. Idk why you have done an order without asking him.
if you had contacted him he would have told you what he then wrote to you here, avoiding you either from buying or making you aware of the fact that perhaps if you ordered a clean or others, at the moment they are a little slower than usual so as to decide whether to do or not to order. However, Elliot also gave you the solution if you want, ask for a refund and order elsewhere if you don't want to wait

What did you order? If you state what you ordered then you will get more meaningful feedback as to what to expect for wait time, etc.

Vsf in general is notoriously slow in releasing the watches. From what I understand they release small batches a couple times per month. So for any VSF you could be looking at a month or more of wait. I'm sure @Elliot Black can give you a more accurate description of the current wait time, but this is one maker that's been known to be slow

Man, I hate to tell you this, but the front of the car is known to be a bit lower when you use it. I had to RL like 3 of them. Went with a Nissan Cube instead.
