Blancpain Fifty Fathoms (ZF?)

Hi all,

I found a local seller with this for sale; I'm wondering if anyone is able to educate me if it's an accurate replica?

All the other Fifty fathoms I searched on the forums so far are the older; shark tooth models.

What do you guys think about this one?
