BlackBay 41 alternative dial & handset?

I have a ZF BlackBay that I'm going to be replacing the movement on soon.
As I'm going to be opening up the watch anyway, I'm wondering if I should take the opportunity to see if the annoying lume mismatch can solved.

Are there any good replacement dial and handsets that can sort it?
Or am I stuck with what I have?
I had a look on raffles but there didn't seem to be any gilt dial or hands and AFAIK?
They are unbranded in any case.

I would suggest reluming the Hands or Dial and Hands to resolve that issue. This is the most reliable solution from my point of view (I did that with my BB 36 having the same lume mismatch problem)
