Black bay QC help

Hi guys, just got my QC pics from Ryan, and it looks like there's some dust on the dial, and most apparent on top of the 6 o'clock marker.

I think the watch looks great. It could be on the crystal. Would be nothing. But I would say if that's all that is wrong, you can take the movement out and blow the dust out when you get it. That watch is bad ass.

to me, the lume colour difference on the hands and dial are quite apparent.
the newest V2 batch was meant to have fixed that issue.

This is probably the cheaper V1, yes. Ryan sells both versions.

There is a V3? Hmmm...V1 had this problem with lume colour, just as yours. If there really is a V3, that obvious flaw is back. Not good.

No, you are right. There is a V3, where they corrected the colour of the lume. The V1 and V2 still have this problem, just as the one on your QC pic.

This is an early batch V2, V2 bezel, longer crown stem, mismatching lume colour between hands and dial

Seems like it. Not usual for Ryan, but sometimes his friend at QC makes a miss or two. Ask Ryan about it. QC accepted?

might pick up a v3 red and want to know what to look for.

After getting it I realized the lume pretty much looks the same in real life unless you take a really close up picture of it. I just let it slide. And looking at other v3 pics the lume looks just sorta like mine. It's a great looking watch the red looks so much better in person.
