Made a strap with black stitching for the Davidsen PVD - not decided on it yet, will wear it for a day and see how it looks with a bit of wear

i lke the davidsen buckle alot too, great size, im tired of these huge ass pvd ones, esp for 26mm, the one on my 183 is massive, looks dorky.

All the stitching is done by hand

The buckle is not the Davidsen one but a PVD one I picked up on the web a while back On the look out for some more

vdubpower-are u in the medical field? i'm using blue sutures for my course and they come in tiny packets not enuf to sew a strap.. :)

rocket-very very nice! ur stitching is nice and straight..see that u've a BWB XT buckle, i've got a few of those and they kick ass on any thick strap. u can try the TC pvd buckle, i've got 1 and it looks heaps better than any other pvd buckle!

The buckle is the old style TC PVD I bought ages ago for a change on a black strap - its been changed so often it requires loctite for the thread now
