One who makes it cleaner with your experience.

Both are obviously very amazing at what they do, so no disrespect to either

But I am looking for specifics

But but...Domi is a watchsmith and no moder. He's not offering watches like BK.
He is great with moding though, no one is better in my eyes but calling him a moder is just wrong...

Well...dunno about BK but with all the parts in place Domi is able to build you a complete gen Rolex from scratch and anything in between. It depends on what you like and what you are willing to spend.
The main difference I guess is that Domi doesn't offer complete watches and BK doesn't offer general watchsmith services.
