Bit of an odd experience with Andiot

Hi guys,
ive just ordered my first rep since hanging around here and in reptime a little.
Its a Pelagos XF from Andiot which im quite hyped about but i had a bit of a weird experience with Andiot.

After ordering he just sent me a tracking link and said its shipped out. I asked if he doesnt do QC anymore and he answered hes sorry and that someone didnt sent me the link to the QC images. So far so good, watch looked good but had this very obvious "SWISS MADE" text misprint on the bottom of the dial.

Also, the timegrapher video he sents you is from a different order number, different day and different watch...

After i wrote him those things he just answered he cant stop the shipment and sent me the return policy link from his website...

Anyone had a smiliar experience with him? I dont really know how to handle that situation now

If you don't want the watch then return it for a refund - do not remove any protective wrapping from the watch or he may refuse to accept the return and refund.
It's his error - or the employee in China who made the error by not sending QC and giving out the wrong timegrapher pics.

When using return policy. Pls follow it. You have covered by the cost and liability of lost when u return it. Sorry about the delay on your order. There are 3-4 days Yupoo having issue caused us had to use Imgur. But Imgur is really terrible software for QC in my experience, we won't use Imgur in future unless Yupoo is not available. Thanks.

I can't understand very much of what @Elliot Black's reply means. - I only understand that you can return the item for a refund if you return it in the same conditions as you receive it but will the cost of return be at your own expense or will you be reimbursed?

Also, why were you sent timegrapher details from a different order?

I understand he's blaming imgur.

We have been using Yupoo the uploading error is happening everyday, when client come back to us, we will upload again for correct video, our clients who bought from us they now, also we do serial number for rolex no one can change the watch for receiving its unique to prevent that,

We have return policy to him and I had told him to send us back we cover everything, I dont know what is the further point of you sorry
