Biggest Cartier version?

I'm so freaking lost right now!!! I got so many watches I want that I feel like I'm gonna loose it soon. I'm only certain I'm building me a PAM 202/A but until I get it all together I need a new watch.

So long story short, I saw this cartier santos at the frankfurt airport in september. It looked just like the one below. I've been looking for the rep but all I could find is a 38mm version which is waaaaay to small and the one I saw at the airport looked HUUUUGE. So my question is, what's the biggest cartier santos out there? Especially this model
