So about a month ago, CTime shipped my order with a new CF GMT Pepsi (they send the QC's within the day after the payment wow) and some other stuff.
Due to some issues with DHL, they tried to deliver the package to the local post office/depot, which was closed that day. So they declined/refused the shipment, and DHL send it back to the sender... At that time I really thought i would never see my order again.
I immediately contacted CTime, and tho it was kinda new for them they promised me not to worry (which I still did lol) since they would ship it again (even though it wasn't even their fault).
After 2 weeks, the parcel arrived at their logistics partner in a different country, and a day later it was already on its way back to me with a new tracking number.
So via this way I want to thank CTime again for the tremendous work they did, the great communication (as always) and all the effort.
