So I have a PAM389 from the ZF factory, I got it as soon as they came out back in January of 2014 so i assume its a V1 with the A7750 movement. I was wondering if anyone know how I would go about to remove the bezel? I have looked around but all the tutorial on bezel removal are for different constructions.

Thanks

You can buy a bezel removal knife / tool on ebay and then electrical tape the corner on top of watch around the bezel. then pry up each side little by little. if this makes sense at all.

Does anyone know if I can realign the bezel once I've managed to remove it from the 389? The pearl is not perfectly centered between the 12 o'clock markers.

I've removed many a bezel and there are many different bezel constructions. The expensive types have the bezel glued to a solid click ring on the case, removable by heat or letting it soak in solvent. Cheaper ones have a plastic ring under the bezel, and it is easily removable by prying the bezel off. It's not an exact science though and take precautions always!

I have a quite similar problem :/
Natas since you are the expert in building watches, maybe you could share a more detailed step by step review? That would be very much appreciated!

Errr I take a careful but stubborn approach and I just solve problems as they come along, a step by step would only br valid for a few pam models, take the noob rolex sub or dssd, those bezels are non-removable, so don't even bother trying...

I just tried the alternative approach: adjusting the movement/dial. However, there was just not enough room to rotate it and I didn't want to harm the stem. I had to remove the rotor and top bridge in order to get to the case screws. Glad I did it though since some of the deco screws were really lose and about to fall off. I fixed them with Loctite.
