Bezel insert??

Quick question...would a gen bezel insert for the Black Bay red fit a ZF ?...also the pip would need swapping...has anybody done this??...cheers

It will and I have done this. I did not remove the entire bezel assembly and used a hair dryer to soften up the glue and then, very carefully, used the point of a razor blade to pop the insert out. I used glue applied with a toothpick to put the new one in. The lum dot swaps over but the holes are not the same size. I used glue, also applied using a toothpick, on the back. I applied this in two different times, first a little to hold it in a seal the edges (so it doesn't leak out on the front), and then more to fill in the gap and secure it.
