Bezel Insert on 45.5mm UPO

I just got a new bezel insert for my UPO, How to I remove the old bezel insert?

Hold a hairdryer on it to loosen the glue move it from side to side with your thumb or thumbs. it should eventually start rotating inside the bezel then lift it out. this worked fine on my dssd insert should be the same

Tried dthe hairdryer thing not working for me, do I need to take the bezel off first? If so how do I do that.

I traded the watch with HPY540 on here for a PAM I had.
